McKenzie joined PGR Media 20+ years ago after stints in San Francisco with FCB and Boston with Arnold Worldwide. With experience across National, Regional and Local market clients, he has worked in the health care, finance, footwear, retail and beverage categories. In addition to leading media planning and buying teams, Mckenzie ensures the operations of the agency run efficiently and effectively for our employees and clients alike.
Regina Tarquinio
EVP Managing Director
Regina is Managing Director of PGR with over 23+ years in media and advertising. Her agency experience includes Mullen and Hill Holiday. Regina has worked with Starwood Hotels, Celebrity Cruises, Azamara, Audley Travel, Boden, Chico’s, and Banfield Pet Hospital, a division of MARS. Before joining PGR 18+ years ago, Regina managed the Marshalls, HomeGoods and TJX Hispanic media accounts at Hill Holliday in Boston.
Emily Greenhalge
VP Director of Digital
Emily joined PGR in 2017 from Havas Media and has over 12+ years of integrated digital experience. Her career began focusing on digital display and continued to hone her craft over the years expanding digital channel expertise and running the gamut of client goals from engagement to conversion. With a strong background in leading strategy and seamless execution, she brings with her experience working on clients such as McDonalds, Tyson Foods, Banfield Pet Hospital, and Starwood Hotels.
Ali Pliszka
Media Director
Ali joined PGR nine years ago and provides experience with Video & Audio, including both Traditional TV/Terrestrial Radio as well as emerging Streaming tactics. Her knowledge and genuine curiosity for the space offer wholistic strategies tailored to meet specific client needs, reaching the ideal consumer through sight and sound. Ali has worked with Starwood Hotels, Hurtigruten Cruises, Chico’s, Santander, Lands’ End, Mercari, Alex & Ani, LingoKids, and Banfield Pet Hospital.
Jaci Gary
Digital Media Strategist
20+ years of experience as a digital marketing strategist for clients including: Celebrity Cruises, Banfield Pet Hospital, AARP, Tufts Healthcare, Equitable Financial and The Bar Method. Jaci has helped shape marketing strategies and approaches that deliver on client business and revenue objectives with passion and experience.
A self-proclaimed 'digital nerd' at heart, she has built a career on the front lines of search evolution—moving fluidly from the era of keywords to the new frontier of AI-driven discovery.
