Like many of her peers, Pattie began her career in NYC on a fast track with a large full-service agency that had an original name and is now part of Omnicom. Early on, Pattie realized how important the role of media was to the advertising mix. She was trained well!

Eager to bring connected meaning to the numbers orientation of media, Pattie moved to a creative "hot shop" to develop a media group that thought differently. It worked - Pattie soon became the firm's youngest partner, helping lead them to explosive, ten-fold growth. This is also where Pattie learned that she had the "entrepreneurial spirit." But first she yearned to experience the "client side" to gain a full view of the rapidly changing dynamics of media, so she returned to NYC.

As Advertising Director for Faberge, Pattie saw "media planning" from a different perspective and was disillusioned. The need for senior-level, creative media leadership was evident, so Pattie formed a media consultancy, PGR Media, with Faberge's newly emerging beauty brands as the groups first “clients.”

Today, PGR Media is a full-service Media Planning, Buying and Insights firm, with offices in NYC and Boston and Global coverage achieved with a network of likeminded media agencies.. As PGR Media's Founder, Pattie is proud of the top-rate team that is attracted to work in a uniquely independent , boldly innovative and spirited media agency. Attracting premier global consumer-branded clients and being twice named an INC. 500 Company shows that the others agree with PGR Media's original mission!
