Fran keeps her finger on the pulse of the company and her hands on the checkbook. Recruited by PGR Media in 1991, she ensures the vital business side of things is running smoothly, seamlessly and profitably.
As former controller for two creative Providence ad agencies - Pagano, Shenck and Kay and, before that, Leonard Monahan - she came to PGR with a wealth of agency experience. Prior to advertising, Fran was a CPA with Ernst & Young.
Fran firmly believes that exceptional client service must be the number one goal of the agency, across all departments. She therefore takes a flexible, client-focused approach to client/PGR negotiations and provides the whole agency with the fuel we need to implement our ideas.
